Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a short city tour or simply unwind in preparation for your upcoming adventure. Dinner and overnight stay in Arusha.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Enjoy a game drive through the park’s savannah and riverine woodland, where you may spot lions, leopards, buffaloes, and giraffes. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and enjoy another game drive in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or tented camp inside or near the park.
Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse habitats and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a full-day game drive along the shores of the lake, where you’ll see flamingos, hippos, elephants, and troops of baboons. Lunch is served at a picnic site overlooking the lake. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in the Lake Manyara area.
Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
Leave after breakfast and drive through the scenic highlands toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. As you enter the park, you’ll begin to spot wildlife immediately — from herds of wildebeest and zebras to predators like lions and cheetahs. Enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to your camp or lodge. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti, Tanzania’s most famous park. Early morning and late afternoon game drives allow you to witness the park’s rich wildlife, including the Big Five and, depending on the season, the Great Migration. Between drives, relax at your lodge and soak in the beauty of the endless plains. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, enjoy one last morning game drive in the Serengeti before heading to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at a lodge overlooking the crater.
